Perfect View Solutions is committed to protecting your personal data in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect only the basic personal details needed - specifically your name, email address, and phone number - and use these solely for accounting and invoicing purposes. Providing this information is voluntary, but without it we may be unable to invoice you or deliver our services. We do not collect your South African ID number or any other sensitive personal identifiers.

• Data Collected: We only gather contact details you provide (name, email, telephone) when you submit a form on our website or communicate with us. These details are used for billing, payment processing, and routine business communications. We do not sell or share your personal information with unrelated third parties - only our accountant or payment provider (if needed for invoicing) may have access under strict confidentiality.
• Purpose and Use: We process your information strictly to manage our accounts and invoices. By submitting your data, you consent to this processing under POPIA. You are not legally required to give us your personal information, and if you choose not to, we may not be able to perform our contract (for example, we could not send you an invoice) popia.com.
• Security Measures: We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to secure your data. This includes protecting our systems (e.g. encrypted email, secure servers) and limiting access to authorized staff only. In Zoho's words, we have implemented "appropriate technical and organisational measures" and "security measures to protect" your information.
• Consent & Opt-Out: By providing your personal information, you expressly consent to our collecting and processing it for the stated purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any timepopia.co.za. For example, if you later wish to opt out of any communications (such as newsletters or updates), you can unsubscribe or contact us to stop processing your data. In compliance with POPIA, all marketing emails we send will include a clear unsubscribe (opt-out) option.
• Your Rights: Under POPIA, you have rights over your personal data. You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct or delete any inaccurate, outdated, or excessive data about you. You also have the right to object to any processing on reasonable grounds. If you withdraw consent or object, we will stop using your data for those purposes. You may also lodge a complaint with the South African Information Regulator if you believe we are not handling your data properly.
• Information Officer: We have appointed an Information Officer to oversee POPIA compliance. Our Information Officer will assist with your inquiries and can provide further details as required by law.
